* Wrap clothing in acid-free tissue paper for protection.

(2 servings)
1/2 cup bulgur
1/4 cup frozen peas
1/8 cup chopped mint
2 scallions, minced
1/4 cucumber, seeded and diced
1 cup spicy tomato juice
Place bulgur in a strainer and rinse with cold water. Transfer to a thermos. Add remaining ingredients except juice. Heat juice to a boil. Pour into thermos and stir to combine. Seal thermos lid and let stand for 2-8 hours, shaking thermos occasionally to mix salad.

  1. I really love taking my shakeology with me. It’s so easy with the packets and the shaker cup! Love being able to get all the nutrients I need while traveling. No more worries! I going to have to check out your book recommendation! Oh that would be fun!
